Q: Are all of your products 100% all natural?
They sure are! We don't use any synthetic ingredients and nothing that would be harmful to your skin or body.
Q: Are all of your ingredients 100% organic?
99% of our ingredients are organic and are certified USDA or non-GMO. We list all of our ingredients on every product page and every single label. Currently, we only have 1 ingredient that is not organic, which is stearic acid, since it is not currently available in a certified organic or non-GMO form.
Q: What is Stearic acid?
Stearic acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in various plants and animals. We only use plant derived stearic acid, sourced from the castor plant, and it acts as our stabilizer for our lotions, creams and butters so they don't separate over time. When we use stearic acid, it's used in very small quantities to prevent the separation of ingredients.
Q: Are all of your products Vegan?
All of our products are vegan other than our lip balms, which contain beeswax. We are currently working on our formula and will be making our lip balms vegan once we perfect the texture.
Our honey scent in our products is not real honey, but rather a blend of fruit, vegetables, and herbs to create that honey scent we love. We don't use real honey in any of our products. Therefore, any honey scented products are also vegan.
We're certified Cruelty Free and Vegan through PETA and you can find the bunny seal of approval on all of our products, which specifies what certification they have.
Q: Are your products Gluten Free?
All of our products are gluten free and we do not use any wheat or gluten derived ingredients.
Q: What preservative do you use? Is that also all natural?
The preservative we use in all of our products is fermented radish root and is listed on our labels as "radish root ferment filtrate". It is 100% natural and organic and is derived from, you guessed it, radishes! We also use Vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that further supports our preservative.
Q: I noticed that your liquid products sometimes separate. Is that normal?
Yes, that's absolutely normal. Fluctuations in temperature can cause some of our liquid products to separate. Just give a little shake before use if you notice the ingredients have separated. Since we use only natural ingredients, we do not use any chemical emulsifiers in our liquid products.
Q: Are your products safe?
Absolutely! Our products go through extensive microbiology testing and our formulas were designed for sensitive skin, with gentle plant based organic preservatives, as well as antioxidants. That means you are getting the safest and most gentle products available on the market!

Q: How much will shipping cost?
We understand that shipping can be expensive, even for just one of our smallest products. So we took the most cost effective shipping option in the smallest box sizes so you only pay for the actual shipping cost. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Air, and UPS Ground (for large orders).
Q: How long will it be until my package arrives?
When shipping via USPS Priority Mail, the arrival times may vary depending on your region. Usually, USPS Priority Mail takes 1-5 business days to arrive. For expedited shipping, we offer UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 1 Day Air for select regions. We can promise on our end that your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours unless there are holiday or weather complications. Please contact us with any questions regarding the shipment of your order.
Q: Do you ship your products to all 50 states and internationally?
We ship to all 50 states within the USA. Currently, we do not ship internationally but are in the process of expanding worldwide.
